With the right approach to branding, your customer &quot;sweet spot&quot; will reveal itself.  But to just assume a &lt;em&gt;&quot;Rebranding&quot;&lt;/em&gt; effort will bring customers is a little naive...  Odd that businesses still think there&#039;s a magic potion to fix what&#039;s wrong...

Branding is it, but it&#039;s not a &quot;potion&quot; or a quick fix.  And sometimes it needs a teaspoon (or more) of sugar to get it to go down...  (sorry for the Mary Poppins reference...)
